Shameless self-promotion.

Been a long time since I posted anything on DA. I'll have to see about uploading some new stuff soon, as there's plenty to see.
For now, I'll content myself with saying; I just won first prize at the 'Hidden' Sculpture show at Rookwood Cemetery in Sydney's west. Hurrah!
For those of you from other parts of the world, Rookwood cemetery is (apparently) the largest necropolis in the southern hemisphere. It's about the size of a suburb, and has ghettos of the deceased from every corner of the world. It's a fascinating place to wander about in.

Meanwhile, I'm gearing up for another big show. I'm included in the Swell sculpture festival again this year. I've got only days left to finish the piece, I'm still waiting on materials, and my wheels are at the mechanics in need of new fork seals
Still, I'm hoping all this comes together in time to justify a nice ride up to Queensland. swellsculpture.com.au/
Then, last of all I'll be at Sculpture in the Vineyards in November. Fortunately I already have that one completed, so all I have to do is work out how to move 700 kilos of concrete up to the land of hippies and wine snobs up the coast. www.sculptureinthevineyards.co…
